美国总统特朗普最新财务披露显示，他在2026年初投资了美国回转寿司连锁 Kura Sushi，金额高达100万至500万美元。
更有意思的是，特朗普过去曾公开表示“绝不吃生鱼”，如今却买入寿司连锁股票，引发不少美国媒体关注。
目前，Kura Sushi 在美国拥有88家门店，覆盖22个州及华盛顿特区，全球门店总数超过650家。这个主打“回转寿司+自动化体验”的亚洲餐饮品牌，近几年在美国扩张速度非常快，也被不少餐饮从业者视为“亚洲餐饮标准化连锁”的代表案例。
除了 Kura Sushi，特朗普同期还买入了 Chipotle、Domino’s Pizza、Starbucks 等美国餐饮品牌股票；与此同时，则大规模减持了 Amazon、Microsoft、Meta 等科技股，交易规模达到数百万美元级别。
值得注意的是，特朗普集团表示，相关投资账户均由第三方金融机构独立管理，特朗普及其家族不会直接参与具体投资决策，以避免潜在利益冲突。
从这次财务披露也能看出，美国资本市场依然持续看好“餐饮连锁化、标准化、科技化”的长期趋势。对于正在美国扩张的亚洲餐饮品牌来说，这或许也是一个值得关注的信号。
