岗位职责概述：
负责公司货物运输管理，包括车辆调度、司机管理及订单配送，确保物流高效运行，同时与内部及外部团队保持良好沟通。
岗位要求
1. 技能要求
系统操作：
熟练使用 WMS 系统 进行车辆管理、任务分配及维护记录；
熟悉 OPTIMOROUTE 司机线路系统，具备优化配送路线的能力；
能熟练使用计算机及办公软件（如Microsoft Office、Google Suite等），处理邮件、打印订单及相关文件。
英语能力：
具备流利的英语听说读写能力，能够高效处理对外沟通，包括邮件往来和电话沟通。
物流管理能力：
熟悉货物运输流程，能够与第三方物流公司、高速公路公仓协调预约和交接事宜；
能处理运输中突发情况（如车辆故障、配送延误）。
2. 经验要求
行业经验：至少2年以上物流、仓储或运输管理相关经验，熟悉仓库及运输管理流程。
设备维护经验：熟悉车辆日常维护及简单问题排查，能够协调维修或保养。
团队合作：有司机团队或运输团队的管理经验，能够妥善分配任务并解决司机工作中的问题。
3. 个人素质
沟通能力：优秀的沟通和协调能力，能够与司机、内部团队及外部合作方高效沟通。
抗压能力：能够在高压力环境中保持冷静，迅速处理突发事件。
时间管理：具备优秀的时间管理能力，能够合理安排运输计划，确保订单准时交付。
责任心：对工作认真负责，具备解决问题的主动性。
4. 其他要求
持有有效驾驶执照，熟悉当地交通规则优先。
身体健康，能够适应必要的出勤时间调整。
加分项
熟悉物流相关法规（如FDA、USDA要求）或有相关认证者优先。
曾经使用过与 WSM 和 OPTIMO 系统类似的软件系统。
具备其他语言能力（如西班牙语）为加分项。
薪资福利：
薪资范围： 根据经验和能力，提供具有市场竞争力的薪资 18-22/hour(特别同行业经验的可以沟通）。
