工作内容：
1. 准备、配置烧烤所用肉类、蔬菜、主食等菜品，并进行预处理，按照配方比例制作撒料、酱料，保障食品安全;
2. 根据顾客要求及菜品特性进行煤气炉烤制，控制火候、时长和食材成熟度，进行破口、刷油、撒调味料、刷酱料等操作;
3. 进行不同菜品的切配、切拼、装盘等工作
不断研制新菜品，调配和改善腌料、撒料、酱料口味
定期清洁烤架、烤箱等烧烤用具;
