岗位职责：
1，人力资源管理协助：
负责日常人力资源职能，包括职位发布、简历筛选、入职安排、员工培训和绩效评估。
协助处理员工关系问题，提供建设性支持和指导，确保工作环境和谐。
更新和维护员工记录，确保信息准确性并遵守保密性规定。
协助制定并实施公司政策，确保符合相关法规要求。
2，行政管理：
负责日常行政任务，包括文件归档、会议安排、办公用品采购及库存管理。
支持仓库或物流部门的行政需求，优化行政流程。
管理公司设备的登记和维修，确保高效运转。
3，支持与协作：
为HR提供高效的行政支持，按要求完成各类临时任务。
作为员工与管理层之间的沟通桥梁，推动工作顺利进行。
职位要求：
1，教育背景：
本科以上学历，人力资源、工商管理或相关专业优先考虑。
2，工作经验：
至少1年人力资源或行政管理工作经验，熟悉仓库或物流行业工作流程者优先。
3，专业知识：
熟悉美国劳动法、相关法规和人力资源政策，能够确保公司操作合规。
4，技能要求：
沟通能力：
出色的书面和口头沟通能力，能够在多文化环境下进行高效沟通。
组织能力：
具备良好的时间管理能力，能高效处理多任务。
技术技能：
熟练使用微软办公软件（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）和人力资源相关管理软件。
语言能力：
英语和中文流利，能够处理双语环境中的任务和沟通。
