工作内容:
🔹 客户接待与订单管理
• 友善迎接顾客，提供专业、快捷的点餐服务
• 处理电话、堂食及外卖订单，确保录入准确，减少错误
• 管理第三方外卖平台（Uber Eats、DoorDash等）订单，及时处理问题
🔹 社交媒体与品牌推广
• 协助录制短视频，展示特色菜品、顾客互动，提升品牌影响力
• 鼓励顾客在Google、Yelp等平台留下好评，增加曝光度
🔹 餐饮包装与备餐
• 确保外卖订单正确打包，标注清楚，避免遗漏
• 维护外卖包装区域整洁，及时补充所需物资
• 按照标准摆盘，保持菜品外观与质量一致
🔹 环境维护与卫生管理
• 保持前台及顾客等候区的整洁，营造舒适的用餐环境
• 定期清洁餐具、操作台，并执行餐厅卫生标准
🔹 团队协作与客户反馈
• 协助新员工熟悉工作流程，提升团队效率
• 收集顾客反馈，帮助优化服务质量
