工作职责
1.负责人力资源全流程工作，包括职位发布、简历筛选、入职培训及员工绩效评估
2.维护HR系统和供应商平台数据，确保信息准确及时更新
3.协助处理员工关系事务，营造和谐的工作环境
4.管理新员工入职全流程（从预入职到正式入职）
5.维护员工档案，整理薪资数据，确保信息准确性和保密性
6.协助制定和执行公司政策，确保符合美国劳动法规要求
7.处理日常行政事务，包括文件归档、会议安排、办公用品采购等
8.支持仓库/物流部门的行政需求，优化相关流程
9.管理公司设备登记及维护工作
10.按时完成主管交办的其他工作任务
任职要求
1.本科及以上学历，人力资源、工商管理等相关专业优先
2.至少1年人力资源或行政管理相关工作经验，有仓储/物流行业经验者优先
3.熟悉美国劳动法规及相关人力资源政策
4.具备流利的中英文双语沟通能力
5.优秀的组织协调能力和细节把控能力
6.能够处理敏感信息并严格保密
