全面负责川菜 / 湘菜菜品的研发、制作及出品质量控制
确保菜品口味稳定、出餐高效，符合品牌标准
管理后厨日常运营，合理安排人员分工与排班
监督食材采购、库存及成本控制
严格执行食品安全、卫生及当地法规要求
配合公司新店筹备、菜单优化及团队培训工作
任职要求
5 年及以上川菜或湘菜主厨相关工作经验
精通经典川湘菜系，出品稳定
具备后厨管理经验，责任心强，执行力强
具备合法在美工作身份，可报税
