根据需求调整配方，研发新口味
任职要求：
有面点制作经验，特别是中式包子
熟练掌握发面、蒸包等传统手法
责任心强，能吃苦耐劳，适应快节奏工作环境
能独立完成生产任务，团队协作能力强
具备基本的食品安全和卫生知识
优先条件：
有餐饮或食品行业经验
