【薪资待遇】
底薪：$4,500/月

每周工作 5–6 天
入职后需前往德州接受培训

【主要工作职责】
负责门店整体日常运营，确保各项工作顺利进行
带领、监督及培训门店员工，提升团队表现与服务品质
安排员工班表，协调轮班及门店人力配置
管理库存、订货、补货、盘点及成本控制
负责 POS 收银系统、现金管理、账目记录及门店相关报表
推动销售及促销活动，协助门店达成营业目标
及时处理顾客意见与突发状况，维护良好的顾客体验
参与员工招聘、面试、入职及培训工作
确保门店符合食品安全、卫生规范及公司管理制度
营造积极、高效、互相协作的工作环境
【职位要求】
具备餐饮、零售或其他顾客服务行业的管理经验
具备团队管理、员工培训及现场协调能力
有责任感、执行力强，能够主动发现并解决问题
具备良好的沟通、组织及时间管理能力
熟悉员工排班、库存管理、现金管理及 POS 收银系统者优先
具备基本账目、成本控制或薪资处理经验者优先
能够适应快节奏的门店工作环境
会中英文或其他语言者优先
可配合前往德州培训
