📌 岗位职责
负责菜品的烹饪与出品，严格把控口味、品质与摆盘标准。
负责后厨食材的日常备料、库存管理及损耗控制。
制定与优化菜单，具备韩式特色菜品（如烤肉、锅物、炒菜、小菜等）的研发能力。
带领并指导后厨团队，维护厨房卫生安全与操作规范。
📋 岗位要求
经验要求： 具备2年 以上韩餐主厨/大厨经验，熟悉正宗韩国料理配方与出餐流程。
技能要求： 出餐速度快、品质稳定，懂出菜成本控制与后厨管理。
综合素质： 吃苦耐劳、有团队合作精神，工作踏实认真，身体健康。
💰 薪资与福利待遇
薪资： 高薪面议（根据能力与经验从优确定，底薪 + 业绩提成）
