职位描述：
1.完成餐厅日常经营工作，编制员工排班表，检查员工的出勤状况、仪表及个人卫生。
2.负责制定餐厅经理服务规范、业务上要精益求精，不断提高管理水平。
3.热情待客，态度谦和，妥善处理客人的投诉，不断提高服务质量。
4.重视员工的培训工作，定期组织员工学习服务技巧技能定期检查并做好培训记录,并对员工进行考核。
5.加强对餐厅财产的管理，掌握和控制物品的使用情况，减少费用开支和物品损耗。
任职要求：
1，在酒店、连锁餐饮、同岗位工作经验1-3年
2，年龄30-50周岁 限：女性
3，沟通有技巧，具有责任心，能够吃苦耐劳
4，上班时间：12pm-8pm（两周一结）每周休息2天 $28-$32/小时
