纽约州政府为中小企业灾后恢复提供必要的补助。
补助是用于帮助中小企业走出新冠疫情的影响，此补助申请按照先来先得的情况处理（申请人为亚裔，女性，少数民族，申请表格将会被纽约州“优先处理”）
主要的申请资格条件:
1. 公司目前必须还在运营中，并且有实际的运营地点。
2. 2019年公司必须至少有$1以上的盈利。
3. 最少要有1人以上的全职员工。
4. 相比于2019，2020的营业额最少要有25%的减少。
5. 公司没有收到RRF（餐馆振兴补助金）的补助。
6. 公司收到的PPP总金额不能超过25万。
7. 公司年营业额不得超过250万
补助金额将根据公司2019的年营业额的10%来发放，最高不得超过5万。
此次补助金额如果用于州政府列举的开支（员工薪水开支 房租开支 水电费开支 店面的地税开支 防疫护具开支等）则不需返还。
申请需要准备的主要材料
1. 2019，2020 公司税表
2. 公司的水，电，煤气账单
3. 银行的月结单
4. 公司员工税单
5. 公司营业执照或者注册资料
6. 公司股东的资料
