快乐蜂全资收购添好运,欲打造中餐旗舰品牌
快乐蜂集团11月5日表示,它已签署购买全部未持有的添好运连锁店(Tim Ho Wan)的股权,持股从92%提高至100%,使添好运成为它的全资子公司。 快乐蜂集团表示将会把添好运打造成中餐旗舰品牌。
快乐蜂为菲律宾品牌,但创始人陈觉中则为福建华侨。 如今已从一家食品公司转型为一家国际餐饮公司,目前在全球经营着19个品牌的近万间店面。 其销售额约20%来自其咖啡和茶饮业务。
快乐蜂今年前3季度全系统销售额比去年同期增长12%。前9个月的净利润比2023年增长22.9%。
添好运于2009年创立,主打“即叫即蒸”点心,目前在11个国家和地区有80家门店。
