2025年美国餐饮市场的扩店冠军已经出炉。Wingstop全年净增382家美国门店,超过Chipotle的294家和7 Brew的281家,成为美国增长最快的餐饮品牌。
Wingstop的优势来自一套高度标准化的扩张模型:门店面积通常只有1,200至2,000平方英尺,约98%的门店采用加盟模式,2025年美国门店平均年销售额约202万美元。过去三年,Wingstop共开出868家加盟店,仅关闭5家,显示出很强的复制能力和加盟商信心。
不过,快速扩张也伴随着压力。Wingstop在2025年的同店销售下降3.3%,2026年第一季度进一步下降8.7%。这说明门店数量增长和单店经营表现,需要放在一起观察。
