公司简介：ShangMeals LLC是初创公司，致力于将中国传统月子餐和概念药膳、并结合西方现代健身餐，在美国通过O2O平台方式推广给日益增长需求的市场。创始人具有中美两种文化背景。现在急需找到志同道合者加入我们的创业团队，希望共创辉煌。
工作职责
1. 负责旗下餐饮事业部菜谱开发和更新，推广平台菜谱至所有加盟商家。
2. 负责协助旗下商家进行餐饮销售，了解市场趋势和客户需求，及时协助商家改进厨房生产。
- 制定平台菜品上架和下架标准，解答商家疑惑，保证加盟商家充分了解平台准则。
- 指导旗下商家预算、定价计划。
- 监督旗下商家进行原材料采购、库存情况，明确菜品分量，确保菜品足量够份。
- 主持定期后台巡查各商家的销售情况和客户评分，发现问题及时提醒商家，帮助商家跟随平台发展、增加销售量、改进质量。
- 完成董事会分派的其它工作。
任职条件

- 学历条件不限；专业条件不限；地区不限。
- 具有10年及以上中餐厨师和厨房管理经验，在不同国家和文化里具有工作或旅行经验者优先。
- 喜欢探索不同餐饮文化、尝试取各家所长并自我创新和改进。
- 有较强的中英文语言沟通表达能力，善于培训、激励下属员工，熟练使用Excel等office软件。
- 有（或有志于）O2O或类似餐饮平台工作经验者优先。
