职位描述：新大地装修公司诚邀热爱设计的您加入我们的团队！我们正在寻找有创造力、充满激情的室内设计师。作为我们的一员，您将负责为客户提供全方位的室内设计服务，包括但不限于空间规划、家具选择、最终方案及装饰细节的把握。
主責：
根据客户需求，进行空间设计和布局规划
制定详细的设计选择方案，包括色彩搭配、材料及预算控制
与客户保持沟通，确保设计方案符合客户期望
配合施工团队，完成项目进展，确保设计方案的实施
不断关注设计趋势，提升设计品质
职位要求：
室内设计相关专业本科或以上学历
至少1年室内设计工作经验，有住宅或商业项目设计经验者优先
精通AutoCAD、SketchUp、3D Max等设计软件
的视觉表现能力和审美意识
良好的沟通技巧，能够独立与客户和团队成员合作
具备时间管理能力，能在规定期限内完成作业任务
薪资待遇：月薪4200$ +项目奖金，自己的客户开单8%提成
