岗位职责：
1.带领员工认真做好餐前准备，确保质量标准；
2.正式开餐后，督导服务员认真做好服务工作并亲自参加服务工作；
3.及时跟踪.检查台面，对不合格的地方进行指正.改正；
4.及时对餐台上菜速度.情况了解，及时催菜；
5.餐后组织服务员及时清台，整理好餐厅桌椅卫生，保持餐厅整洁和环境良好；
6.督导服务员认真落实总公司与部门规章制度；
7.搞好本班组与其他班组的协调；
8.做好班组员工考勤.培训工作。
任职资格：
1.品行端正，身体健康，能吃苦耐劳；
2.熟悉餐厅服务方面的知识，具有熟练的服务技能；
3.全职1:00PM-9:00PM
4.薪资：$20-$25/小时 每两周一结
