✅ 要求：
• 有中餐标准化经验或中央厨房/预制菜经验
• 熟悉自动炒菜机、智能烹饪设备优先
• 有餐饮系统思维与产品迭代经验优先
✅ 工作方式：
• 第一阶段：评估 + 菜品方向设计（时薪制）
• 第二阶段：核心菜单研发 + 测试（项目制）
