• 日常收银、六合彩销售及网络外卖单处理。确保结账流程顺畅高效。
• 提供优质的客户服务，处理客户投诉或升级问题
• 保持前台区域清洁、整齐、有序，物品补货及时
• 与门店管理层沟通，反馈问题或改进建议
岗位要求：
• 具有零售或前台管理经验（有酒类商店经验者优先）
• 拥有良好的领导能力与沟通技巧
• 可靠、专业，注重客户体验
• 中英文流利
