岗位职责：
负责中餐炒/油锅类菜品制作，确保口味稳定和出餐效率。
按照餐厅标准准备和烹饪菜单菜品。
管理炒锅区域的备料、调料和设备。
高峰时段保持快速出餐并保证品质。
保持工作区域整洁并符合食品安全和卫生规范。
配合厨房团队完成日常运营。
岗位要求：
有中餐炒锅经验者优先。
熟悉厨房基本操作流程。
能够适应快节奏厨房环境。

厨房帮工 / 打杂（Kitchen Helper / Prep）
岗位职责：
负责食材清洗、切配和基础备料。
协助厨师准备食材和简单摆盘。
负责厨房清洁、垃圾处理和设备整理。
补充调料和厨房用品。
高峰期协助厨房出餐。
岗位要求：
有厨房经验者优先，无经验可培训。
勤快、责任心强。
能适应厨房工作节奏。
