【岗位职责】
1. 按照标准化SOP制作茶饮、及烘培产品，确保出品稳定与品质一致
2. 负责前台点单、收银及顾客接待，提供高质量服务体验
3. 维护门店环境整洁，包括操作台、设备及公共区域卫生
4. 协助完成日常运营工作（备料、补货、库存整理等）
5. 积极参与门店培训及团队协作，提升整体运营效率
【任职要求】
1. 年满18周岁，必须具备合法在美工作身份，可报税（需SSN）
2. 有奶茶店 / 咖啡店 / 餐饮行业经验优先
3. 需要具备流利的中英文基础沟通能力
4. 性格开朗，具备良好的服务意识与沟通能力
5. 工作认真细致，执行力强，具备责任心
6. 能适应排班制（含周末/节假日）
7.男士及全职优先（暂不考虑暑期兼职）
