We are a high-end Japanese restaurant seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team.
Requirements:
• Previous bartending experience preferred
• Ability to prepare cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages
• Strong customer service skills
• Reliable and responsible
• Available to work evenings and weekends
• Knowledge of sake and Japanese whisky is a plus
• Japanese restaurant experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Provide excellent customer service
• Assist with inventory and stocking
