底薪 $6,000／月＋额外奖金

培训期间安排住宿
岗位职责：
负责门店日常运营，确保开店、营业、收店、清洁、食品安全及设备安全等工作落实到位
领导并监督门店员工，负责新人培训、工作辅导及员工表现跟进
根据营业需求安排员工班次，合理控制缺勤、加班、岗位覆盖及人力成本
跟进营业额、实际工时及人工成本，发现异常后及时调整现场安排
管理采购、库存、备货、损耗、报废及门店运营成本
巡查备货数量、菜品质量、出餐速度、火候及服务表现，确保门店正常运营
处理顾客投诉及门店重大事件，做好记录并按公司规定及时上报
管理现金、POS记录、进货单据及相关门店运营资料
配合公司执行员工培训及领班培养，并跟进培训结果
定期复盘门店人员、排班、营业、成本、库存、服务及培训情况，落实改善措施
任职要求：
具备餐饮、零售或其他顾客服务行业的门店管理及团队带领经验
具备良好的领导、沟通、协调和员工培训能力
能够独立安排人员与班次，并处理门店现场及岗位覆盖问题
具备成本意识，能够跟进人工、库存、损耗及门店运营数据
熟悉POS系统、现金管理、库存管理及门店日常运营流程
具有良好的组织能力、时间管理能力和问题处理能力
工作主动、责任心强，能够稳定履行现场领班及门店管理职责
能够接受前往德州参加培训
