27年老店，白人人口密集区，客户好，餐价高，没有午餐，全天combo$9.99，正餐$10.99起。疫情前没有送过外卖，去年四月份关了堂吃，开始和外送公司合作送餐，现外送占营业额三层左右（外送公司网站餐价比来取餐价贵一刀）。营业额5万，可以进店看生意。我们今年人手不足，才忍痛转让。若自己家人手够，再请一个厨师，就算不开堂吃，半年也可回本。
疫情不严重，对生意影响不大。堂吃80多个座位，教会经常来聚餐。附近dealer挺多，有两家dealer每个月一次的一百人特供午餐来取（$7.99只跟一个蟹脚），不用送。有精力可以去开发，我们没有开发过。过去至少七年没发过菜单，近年新搬来的居民都不知道这家店，发展空间很大。
-有个三千多的切肉片机器，一年新，可以另外配刀片切左鸡和甜酸鸡。
-新安装的五眼炉头，半年新。
-三个月新油锅一个，一年新油锅一个。
-抓码柜好像三四年新。
-没有冻箱，只有菜箱，运行良好。
-有洗碗机架子带水槽水龙头，租或者买洗碗机直接装上就可以。
-新安装的地板和墙板。
-有一个带床的休息室，还有一个储物室也可以改成第二个休息室或办公室。
-有搅拌cheese的机器。
-两个中央空调，房东负责维修更换。
