作为一名在美国经营中餐馆10年的老板，我亲眼见证了过去10年的巨大变化，尤其是疫情前后。
疫情前的市场相对稳定，虽然物价和房租有所上涨，但都在可接受范围内。我没怎么在营销上花心思，只需要打打谷歌广告，客流量一直不错。生活风平浪静但有滋有味。然而，疫情后餐饮市场风云变幻，物价、店租、员工工资等都大幅上涨，逼得我不得不调整经营方式。
尤其是新兴社交媒体的流行，迫使我投入更多精力在营销上。年轻一代的餐馆老板非常善于利用社交媒体平台提升曝光率，而且也舍得花钱。然后就是全面的技术革新，以提升顾客的就餐体验和餐馆的竞争力。近两年新开的餐馆大都采用先进的餐馆POS电脑，自助点餐机器，平板点餐等，360度无死角的为食客提供便利，提高用餐体验。
