1.酒水管理员

• 薪资:$65,000/年 + 绩效奖金

• 岗位职责:

o 统筹全集团酒水产品(酒水/软饮/茶饮)研发、标准化制作及更新;

o 建立饮品SOP体系,制定成本控制模型与出品质量管控机制;

o 负责门店酒水培训计划、调酒师技能考核及团队搭建;

o 跟踪饮品市场动向,分析竞品,提出新品开发建议;

o 与中央厨房、采购部协作,确保供应稳定与品质统一。

• 任职资格:

o 3年以上中高端餐饮饮品线管理经验,熟悉中式与西式饮品体系;

o 对酒水陈列、搭配、中餐佐酒文化有深刻理解;

o 擅长饮品培训、演示及出品把控,懂品牌感设计者优先;

o 中英文流利,能独立完成英文菜单及培训资料撰写。

2.店长

薪资:$80,000–90,000/年+绩效奖金

• 岗位职责:

o 负责门店日常运营管理,包括排班、出品、服务、卫生与顾客关系;

o 实施总部下达的促销活动,跟进销售、毛利及KPI指标;

o 组织员工培训与考核,营造正向文化氛围;

o 及时处理顾客投诉及门店突发情况。

• 任职资格:

o 3年以上大型中餐厅或连锁餐饮门店运营经验;

o 熟悉门店运营、收银系统、厨房流程及用工安排;

o 抗压能力强,执行力突出;

O 中英文流利者优先。

3.行政主厨

• 建议薪资:$90,000–105,000/年+绩效奖金

• 岗位职责:

o 负责总部中央厨房产品标准化、后厨管理与菜品统一规划;

o 培训门店后厨技术,管控食材成本与出品合规性;

o 主导新产品测试与食安标准执行;

o 协调人事、采购、营运等部门,构建稳定出餐系统。

• 任职资格:

o 5年以上在美中餐厨房管理经验,熟悉成本核算及用工法规;

o 精通食品安全标准、厨房设备运维与团队调度;

o 具备技术教学能力与英文沟通能力;

o 有中央厨房管理经验者优先。
