🔹工作职责
• 监督厨房员工，包括厨师和食品准备人员，确保工作流程高效，遵循食谱和摆盘标准
• 培训新员工，教授食品处理流程、安全规范及厨房设备的正确使用方法
• 监控食材库存，必要时下单采购以维持库存水平 • 确保厨房环境符合健康与安全法规
• 与主厨合作，根据顾客反馈开发新菜单并优化现有菜品
• 保持厨房区域的清洁与有序，确保设备清洗和维护到位
• 在高峰时段协助备餐，必要时展示烹饪技巧
• 营造积极的工作氛围，鼓励团队合作、沟通与员工专业成长
🔹技能要求 • 熟悉酒店管理原则与实践
• 精通食品处理技术及餐饮行业安全法规
• 有酒店或高端餐厅工作经验者优先
• 具备有效领导团队的能力，并能维持员工士气
• 出色的组织能力，注重食品摆盘与服务细节 • 良好的沟通能力，能与团队成员互动并回应顾客需求
• 熟悉咖啡制作技术者优先，适用于提供特色饮品的场所
• 能适应餐厅环境中的多班次工作安排
• 必须会中英文文（Mandarin and English required）
薪资：
年薪$66000-$70000。
