负责集团招聘体系建设、员工关系管理、绩效考核、薪酬福利、培训发展及劳动法规合规管理，建立和完善企业人才发展体系。
4. 区域经理（Regional Manager）
负责多家门店运营管理、巡店检查、团队培训、成本控制及业绩提升。
5. 店长（Store Manager）
负责门店日常运营、人员管理、食品安全、顾客服务及经营目标达成。
