我们基于【北美餐饮数据中心】随机抽选的10000家美国中餐馆Google营业数据,统计了一周关门情况,结果比很多人想象中更有规律。
一、近一半餐厅全年无休
数据显示,48.3%的中餐馆7天都营业。
这说明,美国中餐行业整体属于高营业密度业态,休息空间有限。
二、周一是最常见的关门日
在只关1天的餐厅中:

22.2%选择周一休息

13.0%选择周二
-
10.5%选择周日
周五周六关门的比例非常低。
从经营角度看,这与美国中餐馆对这两天营业额的依赖度高度相关。
三、关两天及以上的比例并不高
