What You’ll Do
• Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional attitude
• Take orders accurately and provide menu guidance as needed
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and maintain table service throughout the meal
• Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and fully stocked with water, utensils, and condiments
• Handle guest concerns with care and communicate feedback to the manager
• Keep service and prep stations clean, organized, and fully supplied
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain professional appearance and uphold the restaurant’s service standards
What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience in food & beverage or hospitality preferred
• Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Chinese is a plus)
• Energetic, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends
Compensation & Benefits
• $11/hour base wage + tips
(Employees are guaranteed to earn at least the NYC minimum wage of $16/hour with tips included)
