* 负责餐厅日常营运管理，确保服务品质与顾客满意度
* 管理前厅团队，安排排班、培训及绩效考核
* 监督食品安全、卫生标准及营运流程执行
* 协调前厅与后厨沟通，提高整体营运效率
* 处理顾客投诉及现场突发状况
* 协助达成营业额、成本控制及团队发展目标
任职要求
* 2年以上餐饮管理经验（台湾餐厅经验优先）
* 熟悉前厅营运及团队管理
* 具备良好的沟通协调能力及领导能力
* 能适应快节奏工作环境
* 具备责任感、执行力及解决问题能力
* 中英文沟通能力佳者优先
