逛了一下午感觉都是川菜湘菜,火锅,酸菜鱼,麻辣烫,重咸重辣的。以前不这样啊

利润更高,大多数菜都是预制包就能满足,不需要大厨或者只需简单加工就好,火锅更不必说,越能统一标准化生产越赚钱,菜和人工的成本都比以前没有预制菜和中央厨房时要低的多
