美国中餐馆第一城绝对是纽约，唐人街、八大道、法拉盛，三个聚集区随便单拿一个都是没有点手艺在当地混不下去的水准。一些网红店想靠流量赚点快钱，然后发现小红书上马上都是避雷贴，被流量反噬。味道不够怎么都混不下去。
加州不错，但是确实还是差点意思，不够卷。芝加哥休斯顿波士顿之类的就更别提了，偷着乐没卷到你们那边吧。
但是要论北美中餐馆第一城，那还得是温哥华，够认真，够匠心，够传统。
没点手艺秘方的，不够认真做味道的，请避开纽约，温哥华，谢谢
