职位概述 Position Overview
我们正在寻找一位经验丰富、责任心强、具备卓越领导力的餐厅店长,全面负责门店的日常运营、团队管理、顾客体验与业绩提升。
We are seeking an experienced, responsible, and highly motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the team, enhance guest experience, and drive business performance.
主要职责 Key Responsibilities:
1. 门店运营管理 Operations Management
• 监督日常营运流程,确保出品质量、服务标准与清洁卫生达标
• Oversee daily operations to ensure food quality, service standards, and cleanliness
• 管理库存、订货与设备维护
• Manage inventory, ordering, and equipment maintenance
2. 团队管理与培训 Team Leadership & Training
• 招聘、培训、排班与绩效管理
• Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate staff
• 建立积极的团队文化,提高员工执行力与稳定性
• Foster a positive team culture and improve staff performance and retention
3. 顾客体验与问题处理 Guest Experience & Issue Resolution
• 关注顾客反馈,及时处理投诉与特殊情况
• Monitor guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
• 提升顾客满意度与回头率
• Enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
4. 财务与成本控制 Financial & Cost Control
• 审阅每日营业数据,确保现金管理准确
• Review daily sales reports and ensure accurate cash handling
• 控制食材、人力与运营成本
• Control food, labor, and operational costs
5. 合规与安全 Compliance & Safety
• 确保食品安全、卫生标准与当地法规要求
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance
• 监督消防、设备与员工安全
• Oversee fire safety, equipment safety, and workplace safety
任职要求 Qualifications
• 3年以上餐饮管理经验
• Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience
• 优秀的沟通能力、团队管理能力与抗压能力
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
• 熟悉餐饮运营流程、食品安全与成本控制
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and cost management
• 能适应快节奏工作环境
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
具备良好的中英文沟通能力,能够在多语言环境中进行员工培训、顾客沟通与日常运营协调
• Strong proficiency in both Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate with guests, train staff, and manage daily operations in a bilingual environment
