星巴克在9个城市测试椰子水饮品,新品清爽登场! | 北美餐饮通

星巴克最近动作不断!

继今年第二季度宣布抹茶粉去糖、销量暴涨近40%之后,品牌又在健康饮品方向上迈出新一步——椰子水基底饮品正式亮相。

 

星巴克新品测试

 

📍 测试范围

目前这两款新品正在全美 9个城市的400家门店测试,包括:

  • 纽约市(New York City)

  • 洛杉矶地区(the Los Angeles area)

  • 芝加哥(Chicago, IL)

  • 圣路易斯(St. Louis, MO)

  • 斯普林菲尔德(Springfield, IL)

  • 锡达拉皮兹(Cedar Rapids, IA)

  • 南本德(South Bend, IN)

  • 麦迪逊(Madison, WI)

  • 密尔沃基(Milwaukee, WI)

 

🥥 两款主打饮品

  1. Coco Matcha:椰子水加冰,搭配清爽抹茶冷泡奶盖。

  2. Coco Cold Brew:同样椰子水打底,但顶层换成了冷萃咖啡奶盖。

 

无论是抹茶党还是咖啡党,都能找到适合自己的版本。

 

🌿 健康与功能性定位

这次星巴克特别强调“不含高果糖玉米糖浆、人工色素和反式脂肪”,并把饮品定位为 “功能性 + 健康”

CEO Brian Niccol 也在财报电话会议上提到,品牌会持续在“现代健康功能饮品”和“咖啡核心产品”两个方向发力。

即将推出的 高蛋白冷泡奶盖(High-protein Cold Foam),也在路上。

 

🔎 背后的战略

  • 健康趋势:年轻消费者越来越在意低糖、轻负担、养生感。

  • 菜单收缩后腾出的空间:年初砍掉一大批品项,让星巴克能快速尝试新饮品。

  • 竞争压力:不仅要应对小型精品咖啡馆的冲击,还要防备快餐巨头的跨界挑战,比如麦当劳和Wendy’s都在布局冷萃和奶盖饮品。

 

如果这次测试市场反馈良好,很可能会在全美铺开。
