在这里：2024年美国火锅店数量与分布
算上也提供火锅的其他亚餐厅，如日餐、韩餐、泰餐等，以及具有火锅属性的麻辣烫店，目前美国共有1,242家火锅店。
其中加州火锅店数量最多，占到了全美的34%。尤其是在洛杉矶、旧金山和圣何塞等都市区，较多的亚裔人口使得其对火锅这种餐饮形式的需求也较高。
在东海岸，纽约市、新泽西和波士顿等地也有较密集的火锅店。这些地区同样拥有庞大的华人社区，其中纽约拥有全美将近9%的火锅店。
再之后是德州，拥有全美近6.5%的火锅店；佛州，拥有全美4.7%左右的火锅店。
相对而言，美国中部和内陆城市的火锅店分布较少，由于这些地区的亚裔人口较少，火锅市场的需求不高。
总体而言，美国的火锅店主要集中在亚裔人口密集的大城市，反映了火锅餐饮在亚裔社区中的流行程度，以及这些社区在美国各地的分布情况。
